executives Mr. Goldenberg has been with Surplus Solutions in several positions of increasing responsibilities since 1996. He is currently serving as Executive Vice President, overseeing all day to day operations and client results and satisfaction. Prior to his association with Surplus Solutions, Mr. Goldenberg served in the capacity of Executive Vice President of Crown Asset Management Services, Inc., a diversified real estate brokerage and property management firm wholly owned by Crown Bank, FSB. Previous positions focussing on property brokerage and tenant and landlord representation were held with several prominent real estate brokerage organizations in New York and southern Florida. Mr. Goldenberg's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University, a Master of Business Administration from Fordham University as well as a Master of Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
Terri Seiler
Ms. Seiler has been affiliated with Surplus Solutions since 1998 with primary responsibility for business development and growth. Prior to her tenure with Surplus Solutions, she enjoyed an impressive career specializing in both real estate site selection as well as real estate construction and portfolio management with several national QSR chains, starting with Real Estate Representative positions with Taco Bell and McDonald's corporation. Ms. Seiler also served as Vice President of Real Estate and Construction for Rally's Hamburgers for five years, playing an integral role in the turnaround and eventual merger of the company with the Checkers corporation. Later, as Vice President of Real Estate Services with Schlotzsky's Deli, she implemented the initial "turnkey" real estate delivery process encompassing site acquisition, site engineering, building construction, and in-place financing delivered to the franchisee in a "turnkey" environment. Ms. Seiler holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Houston- Clear Lake.
Irving Jacobson
Prior to his affiliation with Surplus Solutions, Mr. Jacobson spent several years as Vice President of Leasing for the boutique realty company, The Shumacher Group, specializing in restaurant brokerage and consulting, primarily in the Southeastern United States. His experience and expertise lies in site selection, tenant representation and lease negotiations for restaurant and its related uses. Prior to his lengthy tenure with The Shumacher Group, Mr. Jacobson was Marketing Director for Colony Square, a large well known multi use complex in midtown Atlanta that encompasses office, retail, restaurant and hotel components. Mr. Jacobson started his career in Johannesburg, South Africa as Vice President of Leasing for Premier Investments South Africa, a realty investment firm. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce as well as a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of South Africa at Pretoria.
Kevin Webb
Mr. Webb has been with Surplus Solutions since 1996 in a variety of positions, each with increased responsibilities. He is currently responsible for the effective management and disposition of a client's 200 unit portfolio of surplus properties. Mr. Webb has successfully served Surplus Solutions in other critically important positions during his tenure including Account Manager, Affiliate Manager and initially, Operations Manager. His academic credentials include a Master of Art in Political Science from Pennsylvania State University as well as a Bachelor of Art in Philosophy and Political Science from Boston University.
Brian Garrison
Mr. Garrison has been in the real estate industry for over five years specializing in portfolio valuation across varying geographies and property types. Since joining Surplus Solutions, he has spearheaded the expert valuation of a myriad of surplus property portfolios, while assisting in the ongoing management of these portfolios for several clients. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Georgia Southern University and is a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute. |
